Appointments may be booked through the online booking system available on this website. A booking will only be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received and successfully verified. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information during the booking process.

Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made outside this timeframe, as well as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, may result in the forfeiture of the amount paid, except in exceptional circumstances that are duly justified.

In the event of a client arriving late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order not to disrupt subsequent appointments.

8. Online Sessions

Online sessions will preferably be conducted through Google Meet or other equivalent secure platforms.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have:

– a stable internet connection
– a compatible device
– a private and quiet space in which to attend the session

Online sessions may not be recorded without the prior express consent of both parties.

Francisco Almeida Rebelo shall not be held responsible for interruptions resulting from technical issues beyond his control or unrelated to the services provided.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All information shared during the contact, booking, and psychological support process will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

Personal data collected will be used exclusively for purposes related to appointment management, communication, and the provision of psychological services.

10. Complaints and Claims

If you wish to submit a complaint regarding the services provided, you may do so by contacting us at consultas@almeidarebelo.com. Complaints will be addressed within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may submit your complaint to the Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya (COPC), of which the professional is a registered member (registration number 36547), by email at copc.b@copc.cat or through the College's official communication channels.

This procedure is without prejudice to any rights you may have under the applicable law.

11. Consent and Acceptance
