Everyone experiences worry, tension, or nervousness at certain moments. The problem arises when anxiety stops being temporary and begins to interfere with your well-being, your relationships, your rest, or your ability to function in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people live in a constant state of alertness, struggling to switch off their minds, dealing with ongoing pressure, irritability, mental fatigue, or an overwhelming stream of thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over time, the body may also begin to show signs of it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u2013 muscle tension<br>\n\u2013 sleep difficulties<br>\n\u2013 physical or mental fatigue<br>\n\u2013 lack of focus<br>\n\u2013 feelings of tension or restlessness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anxiety is not a sign of weakness.
