The professional relationship will only be established following an initial consultation and the formal acceptance of the psychological support process.

7. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n

Appointments may be booked through the online booking system available on this website. A booking will only be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received and successfully verified. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information during the booking process.<\/p>\n

Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.<\/p>\n

Cancellations made outside this timeframe, as well as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, may result in the forfeiture of the amount paid, except in exceptional circumstances that are duly justified.<\/p>\n

In the event of a client arriving late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order not to disrupt subsequent appointments.

8. Online Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Online sessions will preferably be conducted through Google Meet or other equivalent secure platforms.<\/p>\n

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have:<\/p>\n

\u2013 a stable internet connection
\n\u2013 a compatible device
\n\u2013 a private and quiet space in which to attend the session<\/p>\n

Online sessions may not be recorded without the prior express consent of both parties.<\/p>\n

Francisco Almeida Rebelo shall not be held responsible for interruptions resulting from technical issues beyond his control or unrelated to the services provided.

9. Data Protection and Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n

All information shared during the contact, booking, and psychological support process will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.<\/p>\n

Personal data collected will be used exclusively for purposes related to appointment management, communication, and the provision of psychological services.

10. Complaints and Claims
<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to submit a complaint regarding the services provided, you may do so by contacting us at consultas@almeidarebelo.com<\/a><\/strong>. Complaints will be addressed within a maximum of 30 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may submit your complaint to the Col\u00b7legi Oficial de Psicologia de Catalunya (COPC)<\/strong>, of which the professional is a registered member (registration number 36547<\/strong>), by email at copc.b@copc.cat<\/a><\/strong> or through the College's official communication channels.<\/p>\n

This procedure is without prejudice to any rights you may have under the applicable law.
